If you disagree with our Loss Mitigation
decision, please contact us for a second look review. The
written notice acknowledging receipt of your dispute with an estimated
date of a resolution will be sent to you within three business days. The
Loss Mitigation representative assigned to your case may be contacting
you for some additional information and/or documentation if needed.
Please indicate your preference of contact and the best time to reach
you when submitting your inquiry. Within five business days of
identifying the proposed resolution, you will be notified in writing of
the resolution and the next steps if applicable.
